Project Manager job: at AMREF

Job title :Project Manager
AMREF  is the  largest  indigenous  health development  non-governmental  organization based  in Africa  and it seeks to recruite suitable candidates for the above position
Key Responsibilities
•    Responsible for day to day project implementation  of activities  and to ensure  the  successful  implementation  of quality   Sexual Reproductive health  project  within the approved  cost , schedule and quality .
•    The incumbent  is expected  to have specific  responsibility  for reporting to  and liaising  with donors  on respective  projects .
•    The position holder is expected  to ensure approved  project deliverables  are achieved  according to agreed  contractual obligations .
•     The manager will  oversee the implementation  of the technical , financial and administrative components of the project  and will work closely with  the project officer and accountants  and others

Qualifications and skills
•    Masters  degree  in  Public  Health
•    A  medical  background  is an added advantage .
•    5 years of progressive  diverse experience  in the direct  implementation  of  SRH/MCH  projects , 3 of  which should  be at a   senior  Management  level.
