Brief Job Description:
   The prospective candidate must:
    Be a person of strong faith and integrity, a committed Christian and member of the Church of Uganda or of the Anglican Communion Churches in fellowship with the Church of Uganda;
    Be a holder of a PhD or its equivalent;
    Have held a Senior Management position in a recognized institution of Higher learning for at least five (5) years;
    Be at least at the position of a Senior Lecturer.

Preferred Skills:
Experience and key competencies:
    Preference to a person who has been published in national / international journals or text books, and has presented at national / international conferences/seminars;
    Have capacity to promote learning and research in a competitive environment;
    Have knowledge and understanding of national laws and policies in education to academic excellence;
    The person should demonstrate initiative and innovation for the academic growth of the University College;
    Must demonstrate capacity to manage a team of academic staff members;
    Strong team leadership skills and demonstrable knowledge of strategic planning;
    Be of high ethical standards and professionalism;
    Literacy in ICT and competency in MS Office Applications.
