Purpose of the job
• Responsible for making outbound calls to customers , to qualify sales leads from various sources, explain the company value proposition,
• Convert leads into pre-sales , and make sales appointments on behalf of account managers
Qualifications and skills
• Certificates of secondary education
• Ability to work shifts across six day working week
• Idearly previous call centre experience and /or customer care service
• Experience with an ISP or Telecom services provider will be advantageous
• Good communication skills and proficiency in computer especially MS Office packages
