Job title; -National Development Coordinator
Job Description:
PAG  Uganda  is an  evangelical  church  operating throughout  the  districts  in Uganda. It  works  through 
its structures  to identify  communities and  agencies to implement  various community –based poverty  reduction ,holistic development programs through the  PEP approach .

Qualifications and skills
•    Commitment to the holistic mission of the  church .
•    Post-graduate  degree in development , humanitarian  or related  field .
•    At least five  years experience  progressive  professional experience  with  demonstrated  ability to manage  a  Faith-Based Development  office , programs  and  budgets .
•    Strong  organizational  development  and  capacity building  skills
•    Demonstrated  ability  to raise  funds from  institutional donors  and meet  reporting  needs .
•    Excellent  communication  skills  (oral and written )  and  familiarity  with MS Office .
•    Strong strategic  planning  , budgeting  and conflict  management  skills
