Job Title: Manager Youth Skills Enhancement Project

presence in over 120 countries in the world.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for the use Skills Enhancement Project.(YSEP).
• She will provide programmatic leadership and management including planning implementation , capacity enhancement .
• In addition, the job holder will be responsible for delivering the project results and objectives monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting both internally and externally .
• He may be called upon as and when necessary to support the emergency team in cases of humanitarian crises .

Key Specifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Social Work , Social Sciences , Development studies , Education particulary Non Formal education and/or any related field.
• Post-graduate training in project planning & management , monitoring and evaluation or related field is an added advantage .
• At least five years of accrued working experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management position in an international NGO dealing with child and /or youth-focussed interventions .
