Key Job Requirements:
Specifications
•    An Honors  Bachelors Degree  in  Procurement /Purchasing and Supplies  or Business  Administration  or  Commerce plus a post graduate Diploma in Public Procurement  Management  from a recognized  institution .
Experience
•    Should have at least three  years of relevant working experience as a  procurement  officer  from a  public  or reputable organization.

Applications procedure
Applications should be submitted  in triplicate  on PS Form No 3 (2008) to the Secretary , Kisoro District  Service  Commission  P. O. Box 123, Kisoro  . The application forms  are obtainable from the Public Service Commission Offices , Farmers House 2nd Floor , Kampala and  also  from  District Service  Commission Offices . Handwritten applications  are  also  acceptable.
Applications  should bear  the title  of the post,  reference number specified  against each vacancy .  Applicants should  attach  a set of  3  photocopies of their certificates plus three recent passport size  photographs.  Those already  in  service  should  route their  applications through their heads of  Department  who should  be  informed  of the  closing  date.
