Resettlement Abaana Ministries is currently looking for a social worker at the New Life Homes, with a particular responsibility for resettlement.
The successful candidate must have the following: 

 Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in social work or child care / development, together with counseling training or experience, with some kind of Bible school or Christian theology an advantage.
• experience: The candidate must have experience working with vulnerable children in a residential setting, and/or experience working for a Christian NGO or development agency

The final date for accepting applications is friday 19th July, 2013, at 5pm.Only qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and only successful candidates will be contacted.
Successful applicants will be invited for interview during the week starting monday 22nd July. Abaana is ideally looking for someone to begin immediately, though will bear in mind candidates’ notice periods, if they are working. The role will begin with a 6 month probationary period. Contracts in Abaana are usually made on a 2 year renewal basis.
