International Human Resources for Health (HRH) Expert

International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), a US based international development consulting firm, is seeking an International Expert in Human Resources for Health for a USAID evaluation opportunity in Uganda to evaluate a USAID program to build human resources for health capacity. Must be willing to start as soon as possible and deploy to Uganda.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Masters and/or advanced qualifications in Public Health, Health Economics, Applied Research, Social Sciences or related fields.
    Technical expertise in international health program planning, human resources for health, health systems strengthening, organizational capacity assessment is required.
    Minimum five years' experience in human resources for health.
    Minimum of seven years' experience implementing and/or evaluating health interventions.
    Must have participated in a minimum of five evaluations.
    Previous experience with USAID desired, but not required.
    Previous experience in Uganda and/or East Africa desired, but not required.
    Fluency in English required.
