Job Title: Education Officer (Child Friendly School)
Grade: NOB_Duty Station: Kampala
Type and Duration of Appointment: Fixed-Term Appointment (One year with possible extension)
Job Purpose:    * Under the close supervision of the Education specialist (Child Friendly School), the incumbent will contribute to the CFS programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programme/project activities.    * The incumbent will coordinate with programme partners on programme feasibility and effectiveness and undertake follow-up action on CFS programme implementation activities;
    * Collect and analyse programme data and prepare programme status reports as required;
    * Assist in the preparation of the Country programme recommendation;
    * Participates in capacity building for those involved in the programme.

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    * University degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related technical field.
    * Two years of progressively responsible experience in education programme design, administration, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
    * Fluency in English is required and strong written and verbal communications skill therein strongly desirable.
