Job Summary: To co-ordinate and provide counselling service in coordination with the medical staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the delivery of the counselling services to families, in a non-discriminatory manner.
Provide professional and confidential services to survivors of GBV.
Establish follow up plans to ensure clients are fully supported to recovery
Liaise with other projects to share practice and contribute to the development of counselling services
Conduct home visits to referred families where relevant.
Liaise with a full range of relevant professionals in social work, health, education and voluntary agencies, in order to co-ordinate services for families and to raise awareness of GBV counselling services
Assist in the development and provision of GBV psychosocial activities at the Kiryandongo office based on participatory community assessments.
Strengthen and maintain networks with community leaders and groups and service providers to ensure that survivors receive support from the community.
Collect and collate data about GBV and monitor trends and emerging issues in the refugee settlement in line with AAH set guidelines.
Ensure timely implementation of GBV programme activities.

Lead awareness-raising and/or sensitization campaigns and other GBV services in collaboration with the Community Support officer, community leaders and community social workers.
Carry out monthly outreach activities with community social workers, based on case trends and ongoing needs of women and girls including those who have special needs.
Carry out any other duties as required by the supervisor
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Counselling, Psychology or a related qualification from a recognized institution
At least 3 years’ experience in similar or higher position. experience working with survivors of violence preferred.
Clear understanding of gender, abuse of power, and issues surrounding Gender based violence
Experience working in a GBV programme
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
A good command of both written and spoken English
Patient, understanding and of a pleasant character
Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Office
Able to capacity build and develop others
Commitment to the organizational values
Able to work under minimum supervision

Job Title: Inventory Supervisor
Reports to: Business Manager
Organisation: Hardware World
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Must be experienced with excellent stores administrative and comprehensive inventory management skill to oversee our extensive range of building, electrical plumbing and general hardware material.
Must have hands on working knowledge of inventory control systems, preparation and supervision of stock taking and Tally EPR9 software programs.
Prior inventory management experience in a similar setting a must.
Maintain and adequate but tight stock of inventory.
Review inventory by categories on a rotating basis to minimize stock outs and overstocking.
Maintain and balance physical stocks against Tally Accounting system records.
Costing and pricing of all stock items of inventory
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Commerce or BBA (Accounting): or Stores Management or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
A post graduate qualification in stores and Logistics Management will be an added advantage.
