Job Title:  Chief  Manager HR-Business  Partnering
Centenary Bank  is seeking to recruit  suitable  applicants  for the vacant post above .
Result Areas

•    Guide and  direct the activities  of  HR  staff  and  project teams to ensure  effective  HR operational support  to line  managers
•    Support organizational change  by ensuring  that  the  appropriate structures are in  place as a means of  identifying productivity improvement  opportunities, communicating  reporting relationships , defining jobs and projecting  the growth strategies of the  Bank in  line with the  bank staffing plan and budget
•    Work in  partnership with  Senior  management  teams  , develop a business /productivity  driven resourcing  strategy and monitor  delivery of  the  strategy  in order to enable the  bank  achieve its business  plan.

Skills and Qualifications
•    Bachelors  degree plus a post graduate  qualifications  in the  field  of  HRM , Organizational  pshychology  and/or business administration . A  Masters  Degree  in the relevant  field is an added advantage .
•    At least five years  of practical and progressive  experience in an  HR Management  role  at a senior  level  in a reputable  organization preferably in a financial  institution or  FMCG.
•    Hands on  experience  in HR Business partinering and  in using  the  balanced score card as a performance management  tool.
