Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the legal service unit of VFU
• Ensure that best corporate governance practices exist in VFU
• Provide legal advice to the board and management
• Oversee and support the debt collections unit
• Provide company secretariat and advisory services to VFU Board
Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in LLB from a reputable university
• Post graduate diploma in law practice is an added advantage
• Knowledgeable in corporate laws & governance
• At least 8 years experience in a micro finance setting
