Job Title: Machine Operator
Ministry of Water and Environment  is inviting  suitable candidates  to fill the vacant position above .
Functions and Duties

•    Ensures  timely  servicing  of  equipment .
•    Keeps  the  equipment  clean  , tidy  and safe .
•    Reports  all  mechanical  faults of the  equipment  to  Senior  Mechanical Engineer.
•    Any other  duties  as may be  assigned from time to time by supervisor .

Key Qualifications and skills
•    The post requires  a dynamic , highly  self-motivated and hard working  person with a minimum  of  Uganda  Certificate of Education or its  equivalent .
•    A valid  driving permit with class H  and a minimum  of five years  experience in  oprerating heavy plant machinery.
•    Evidence  of having  undertaken a Competence Driving Test from ministry of works
•    Knowledge  of mechanics will be an added advantage
