Dutites and Responsibilities
• Efficient & courteous reception of customers, Clear identification of customer needs, accurate job card preparation & accurate client data capture.
• Responsible for ensuring that the service departments contributes to customer satisfication by providing excellent customer care & strengthening customer relationships
• Provide clear cost estimates , monitor the work progress & keep customers informed of additional work done , changes to cost, completion times & possible delays.
Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Mathematical Engineering or related Course,
• Min 2 years technical experience in Motor Industry , Good Communication skills
