Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive video and audio materials on tapes from Reporters and
Producers and preview material received to ascertain the quality
• Piece together the pictures and sound of material received to tell the story by
enhancing the quality of the program with appealing music, visual and sound
effects
• Ensure that the program is of the required time and duration without
distorting the message
Competencies
• A basic university degree
• Professional Diploma in Film & Video Production (will be an added
advantage)
• A basic university degree ( will be of an added advantage
• Fluency in English language (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work long and odd hours in a fast paced environment
