About the Job
The Institute seeks an astute and discriminating Regional Director to manage and develop our field-based research and other programmes in the Sudans and the Great Lakes, and extend the Institute's engagement with local institutions there. This new post requires an outstanding record in fund-raising and field management, experience in proposal-writing, and a critical, ideas-driven, approach to programme design. Fluency in French and/or Arabic is highly desirable. The post involves extensive travel; country of residence is negotiable.
£42K-£47K base salary, with benefits and allowances.
