Country Head — lpsos in Uganda
The Country Head is the Senior face to clients, employees and local autncrities. in close collaboration vmtn tne cluster Manager, tne country Head represents the interests of the lpsos uganda business/office/employees and aise tne client needs. This role reports te tne Manager, East cluster and is based in Kampala, Uganda.

Key Responsibilities include
sales and Marketing
- identity and develop business opportunities for significant growth witnin lpsos uganda
- Leveraging and outbidding on tne giooai knowledge, capacities and resources in ipsos giocai practices - implement and manage a client and sales oriented locus in tne business

Clients at Positioning
- Develops and maintains local client contacts as ttie senior client representative or ipsos in the country - understands the client needs regardless ol strategic Business Lines and neips developing preiects locally togetner with Business units and across Clusters
- External representation cit trie company, aligned witri global branding, positioning, marketing arid communication to both the client and talent market

Leadership at People Management
- strategic ousiness planning lor loses in Uganda aligned witn eiooai and Sub sanaran Alrica vision arid SSA and strategic ousiness planning - orive a pencrmance based culture tnat engages teams at all levels - Lead trie Executive tearn, including regularly scrieduled tearri management meetings and all olner strategy, policy and decisicrrrriakirig sessions as appropriate
- implementing lpsos Group strategy, peiicies and processes locally
- conducts all siatuiow and legal responsibilities for all legal entities or ipscs in uganda

Required Experience and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree, preliminary in Business, Marketing, or a related lieid - An advanced degree such as an MBA would be an added advantage

Previous Experience
- Minimum or lo years Market Research related experience, witn at least s years previous
management experience
- Prcven track record oi naving run a successiui ousiness. preteraoiy in professional
services or market research
- Experience working in a multinational envrronnient
