Job Title: Process Artisans – Brewing, Packaging and Utilities (10 Positions)
Location: Mbarara, Uganda

Nile Breweries Limited is a leading beverage company in Uganda and a subsidiary of SABMiller – the second largest brewing group in the world. It seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professionals for the following positions for its up-coming operations in Mbarara District.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Operate process machines reliably while following the production plan.
·         Do quality-at-source, deliver against quality targets and ensure tight process control is adhered to.
·         Keep materials usages and losses in control.
·         Carry out cleaning of machine in good time to avoid loss of production.
·         Carry out autonomous, preventive and breakdown maintenance on all line equipment.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Higher Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
·         3 years working experience, preferably in an FMCG company.
