Job Title: Training Specialist - Brewing and Packaging (2 Positions)
Location: Mbarara, Uganda

Nile Breweries Limited is a leading beverage company in Uganda and a subsidiary of SABMiller – the second largest brewing group in the world. It seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professionals for the following positions for its up-coming operations in Mbarara District.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Initiate training and development process.
·         Prepare and implement learning process.
·         Evaluate effectiveness of learning process.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Relevant technical qualification (degree/ diploma)
·         3-5 years as a team leader/ supervisor/ process operator or artisan
·         Training and development experience
·         Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
·         3 years working experience preferably in FMCG industry.
