Job Title: Quality Specialists (3 Positions)
Location: Mbarara, Uganda

Nile Breweries Limited is a leading beverage company in Uganda and a subsidiary of SABMiller – the second largest brewing group in the world. It seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professionals for the following positions for its up-coming operations in Mbarara District.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Conduct specialized analysis
·         Training and development of lab technicians
·         Custodian of lab Instruments
·         Monitor yeast quality indicators
·         Compile yeast management reports

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Diploma in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology.
·         At least 1 years' working in ferment cellars.
·         Good understanding of yeast performance indicators.
·         Prior experience in Quality Control Lab and brewing.
