Duties and responsibilities• T o provide leadership and technical direction to a team of field extension workers , organizing TOTs and oversee development of agronomy training materials .
Qualifications and skills
• 5 years similar professional experience preferably with an INGO.
• A degree in agricultural sciences with a bias in agricultural extension and
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead field teams.
• Ngakarimojong language skills highly desirable.
