The Post: Registrar

Seeking and individual who has excellent customer service skills. The individual will be responsible for greeting prospective parents and guiding them through the admissions process.
Maintain accurate record of all places available at the school; maintain waiting list and manage placement test. Manage the maintenance of an accurate database of all new registration, current students and exiting students. Update weekly and monthly enrolment reports for Principal and GEMS Corporate Office.

Skills and Experience:
The successful applicant must be a Fluent in English with a minimum of two years in a customer focused role. Proficient in the latest computer packages with excellent secretarial, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Previous experience in handling student admissions and registrations within an international school would be preferred.
