Experience/Knowledge Key Areas:-
Diagnosis
- Can analyze data
- Derive charts based on the data
- Be able to calculate financial benefits of the project
Multi-Practice
- Basic awareness of Creating FRS/SRS/TOR/RFI/RFP-Business process.
- Basic awareness of Mapping and defining
Enterprise Architect
- Champion of at least one EA tool with proficiency in use of case modeling and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in project management. Should be able to hand design issues and guide the project team for technical issues.
- Basic awareness of one or more knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean for Process definition and Process improvements, Project and Program management
- Certifications on project management OR Technologies:- J2EEE, NET, Portal, IBM, ERP
