Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation  Officer
The Ministry of  Water and  Environment  is recruiting   interested candidates  to fill  the vacant post  above .
Key Roles

•    Lead in completing  the design  and implementation  of projects  implementation Plan
•    Develop  program –wide participatory  M&E tools , systems  and  processes  that increase  the effectiveness  and accountability  of the  project
•    Coordinate  the work  from all  implementing  agencies  in liaison with the  component  managers
•    Develop   the  framework  and  procedures  for the evaluation of project  activities .
Qualifications and skills
•    Degree  required  in Statistics ,Social Sciences , Social Work and  Social  Administration  any  relevant  subject
•    Post graduate education  in M&E will be  preferred  or an advantage
•    At least  5-10 years direct  experience  in  designing  and/or implementing organizational  level  systems  for M&E
•    Experience in designing  and/or  implementing data collection  and data management  systems
•    Strong  ethics , hands on approach
•    Planning  and organizational skills
