Qualifications and skills
Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience at an operational level in a related environment.
Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To work within the framework & guidelines provided by the Manager Mass Markets & Head of Marketing with an aim to meet the set business plan.
To implement the planned mass market promotions aimed at driving usage and support of new subscriber acquisitions.
To create demand and usage of new products and services launched.
To actively participate in the new product development process for mass market initiatives: source required information to build business cases, idea generation, technical briefing, product testing & launching.
To monitor the progress of all products & services lifecycle & devise appropriate tactical plans along the marketing mix to maximise traction / maintain relevance to the targeted audience
To manage all BTL experiential consumer touch points to ensure consistency in disseminating the USP’s for all products and services respectively (trade fairs, Roadshow Smiletour activities, talk-shows, HoReCa).
To monitor market trends and provide timely reports to enhance effective decision making (competitor activities, new technologies, consumer insights, etc)
To ensure effective product merchanising at all official UTL customer touch points to enhance easy product access and awareness to customers.
To conduct routine training on key products and services to all internal stakeholders
