Qualifications
Strong retail background,
2-5yrs experience working within retail
Telecoms experience preferential
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage the retail store portfolio in order to exceed all sales targets on all product lines.
To manage the Direct Sales Force, in order to exceed all sales targets on all product lines.
To ensure that profits are maximized across the direct portfolio in order to exceed targets.
To ensure Customer Care is provided in all Stores & by all Direct Sales Teams to the highest standard, exceeding customer expectations, and thus growing the loyalty of the customer base.
To ensure that customer delight is at the heart of everything that happens within a UTL retail store.
To ensure that operational standards, policies and procedures are adhered to ensuring the effective running of all UTL retail stores (and their associated Direct Sales Force teams).
To maintain store standards as befitting the UTL brand. Specifically to ensure the general maintenance, upkeep and presentation of all elements of a UTL retail store.
To ensure that all store standards in respect of Security and Health & Safety are adhered to, in order provide a safe and secure environment.
To implement the UTL Direct Sales strategy and contribute to future planning and to ensure continuous growth.
To at all times, be the Ambassador for the UTL brand by doing things in the ‘UTL way’, personifying the values in each and every action, and approach.
