Job Title: Accountant
Brief Job Description: The  Ministry  of Agriculture ,  Animal  Industry  and  Fisheries  (MAAIF) is 
implementing  the   Vegetable  Oil  Development  Project  phase two.

Skills and Qualifications
•    Bachelors  in Accounting  , Finance  , Business  Management  or Business  Administration
•    Qualification  in professional accounting  (ACCA, CPA, etc)
•    5 years of accounting  experience
•    Working  knowledge  of accounting  packages  and proficient  in the  use  of spreadsheets
•    Strong technical  accounting  skills  and solid  knowledge of  IFRS  AND  IPSAS

•    Excellent analytical  skills , problem identification  and  solving  skills .
•    Demonstrable  team working skills to a ably provide  professional support  to  implementing  agencies
•    Strong  inter-personal , communication skills , and the ability  to work  as part of a team, which are  critical  factors  in  carrying out this assignment  will be highly  valued
