Job Title: Advisor-Human Rights and Accountability
Duties and responsibilities
• Develop researched strategies for effective implementation of the Human Rights and Accountability
programs
• Provide technical support to the development of action plans and budgets for accountability and human rights;
• Provide technical advice support advice to the Sector management structures and institutions on the implementation of the JLOS Anti-Corruption Strategy;
Qualifications and skills
• A Master’s degree , preferably in Law or Human Rights and Good Governance from a recognized University;
• A good understanding of contemporary legal and justice reforms in developing countries with particular emphasis on reforms in good governance and accountability;
• Good knowledge of the public sector planning and reporting processes and sector-wide approaches;
