Job title: Pay Roll Administrator/ Job ref: HR 801
Main Job Responsibility
- Prepare the payroll, tax returns, social security deductions and related records.
- Follow up on timesheets and monthly reporting requirements such as: vacation, overtime and absenteeism
- Assist with HR management systems implementation, testing and maintenance
- Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity in the payroll
Qualifications
- Previous experience in payroll administration
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail
