Job Title: Senior Officer -Youth Enhancement

presence in over 120 countries in the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for operationalising the youth skill enhancement project .
• He will be involved in the project planning , implementation, capacity enhancement , motivating and evaluation as well as reporting both internally and externally .
• The project officer is responsible for execution of the project interventions both directly and working closely with implementing partiners.
• The senior officer may be called upon as and when necessary to support the emergency team in cases of humanitarian crisis.

Key Specifications
• A minimum Bachelors Degree in Social work , Social Sciences , Development Studies , Education particulary Non-Formal education and/or any related field.
• Post-graduate training in project planning &management , monitoring and evaluation or related field is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of accrued working experience with an international NGO dealing with child and /or youth-focussed interventions .
