You will ensure that the customers’ needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company. This is also a senior position. Your major responsibility will be to market the company’s products and services as per the set targets. Salary is very attractive

Duties and Responsibilities
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• Prepare and managing marketing plans and budgets
• Manage the production of promotional material
• Liaise with other internal departments such as Underwriters and Operation
• Produce periodic reports to monitor results
• Present findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
• Travel to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
• Support and managing a marketing team.

 Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum qualifications of at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5 – 10 years experience in an insurance company with proof of track record.
