BACKGROUND:
WWF is one of the world's largest independent and experienced Conservation organizations operating in over 100 Countries in the world. World Wide Fund for Nature, Uganda Country Office (WWF UCO) implements a number of international and national programmes promoting environment conservation in Uganda.

WWF Uganda Country Office has launched a new project called "Sustainable Financing of the Rwenzori Mountains National Park and its buffer zones". This project aims at increasing the financial sustainability of the RMNP and of the local populations, through an increase in tourism revenues and the mobilization of the private sector with a pilot Water-Payment Environmental Service (PES), carbon credits and Corporate Social Responsibility. For the purpose of this project, WWF UCO is looking for an experienced, talented, knowledgeable and enthusiastic professional to become part of its team, as indicated.
