Position title: Monitoring and Evaluation
Contract: 2 years Closing date: 02.12.13 Due to a number of upcoming funding opportunities, Malaria Consortium anticipates scaling up its work in malaria and child health over the coming year and is looking to strengthen its team in a number of technical and programme management areas. The post holder will provide
technical leadership in monitoring and evaluation for this high profile, high value project, working closely with host country governments and other partners.

Qualifcations and skills
Advanced degree in public health or related field
• Experience working in Africa • Experience in survey design and implementation • Proficiency in the development of data entry programmes and in using statistical analysis software (EpiInfo, EpiData, Excel, Access, Stata) • Experience in applying qualitative methods of data collection and analysis • Excellent writing and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop and present effective presentations
