QUALITY SYSTEM SPECIALIST JOB

Job Title: Quality System Specialist
Location: Mbarara, Uganda

Nile Breweries Limited is a leading beverage company in Uganda and a subsidiary of SABMiller – the second largest brewing group in the world. It seeks to recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professionals for the following positions for its up-coming operations in Mbarara District.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Development, implementation and maintenance of the quality system
·         Co-ordination and consolidation of quality systems across the organization
·         Co-ordinate system implementation and Audit assessment
·         Create and maintain a quality improvement database Provide information to department managers to enable them make informed decisions
·         Training of employees in quality skills and concepts Identification of inefficiencies and non-conformities and improvement potential

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Minimum of a BSC or post-graduate diploma in Brewing.
·         More than 5 years experience in various sections of brewing business.
·         Computer literacy.
