PATH would like to engage interns who are interested in learning and gaining experience in community empowerment, policy advocacy and capacity building for CSOs in the target districts. The project has three regional offices to coordinate activities in the regions located in Mbale, Mbarara and Kampala.
The internship program will run for 12 months from April 2015.
Desired Qualification: The internship targets brilliant, highly committed and self-motivated, interested young graduates (who graduated in the past two years) with a passion for improving health and social service delivery in Uganda. Potential interns should possess an upper second Bachelors' degree in areas of: Medical Sciences, Economics, Demography and Population Studies, Planning, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration, and other related disciplines.
The internship program is open to all qualified Ugandans irrespective of ethnic backgrounds, religion and gender that are ready to contribute to the project goal of improved quality, availability and accessibility to health and other social services in Uganda. The interns will be based in the regional offices (2 per regional office).
