Role Definition
• To capture, analyze and present statistical data of tile monitoring and evaluation function.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake the capture, process in, analysis, storage, retrieval and reporting of statistical data from the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Fund.
Receive, analyze and report on pertinent statistics of performance indicators from sister institutions and use outputs to inform M&E processes of the Fund.
Implement tile M&E framework and track multiyear trends of periorrnance indicators and report to management as specified.
Undertake Road User Satisfaction Surveys (RUSS) to determine levels of satisfaction of road users and other related parameters in the country.
Analyze physical and financial performances of agencies and report to management as specified.
Carry out special monitoring and evaluation on funded road maintenance programs and produce reports on findings with recommendations for improvement.
Design and implement tile M&E data framework of tile Fund; continually upcate to ensure integrity and currency of the data and link to the Management Information System.
Produce periodic illustrated M&E reports to support tile communication function of tile Fund in reaching out to stakeholders and road users.
Design and ensure implementation of technical support to struggling desiqnated agencies with a view of improving their performance against set targets.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
a) A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Business Statistics, Mathematics or Quantitative Methods.
b) A postgraduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Quantitative Methods or Masters in Business Administration (with bias in Statistics] will be an added advantage.
c} Minimum of 5 year previous experience, 2 of which should be in a similar function in a reputable organization.
d) Membership of a professional institution or society is an added advantage.
e) Good understanding of tile road sub-sector In Uganda will be an added advantage.

Skills and Abilities:
1. Strong report writing and communication skills
2. Computer literate, with detailed knowlerlpe of industry standard business applications
3. Strong data analytical skills
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
5. Self-driven, selt-motivated and a team player.
Age limit : Not more than 40 years.
Gross Salary: UGX. 6,000,000 p.m.
