Partnership and Fundraising Officer- 1 position

Role definition: 
To develop and maintain strong and effective partnerships with the private sector, and resource mobilization strategies in line with the "Sustainable Financing of the Rwenzori Mountains National Park (SFRMNP) project and organizational objectives.

Job specifications:
The job holder should have:
(1). A Bachelor's (honors) degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Natural Resources Management and a postgraduate degree in Project Planning and Management/ Business Management/International development. Formal qualification in Business Law will be an added advantage.
(2). At least 4years experience in resource mobilization and inter-institutional relationship management especially working with the private sector at local and international levels; experience in negotiating and drafting partnership agreements. Experience in environment and development issues (3) Demonstrated knowledge and skills in corporate social responsibility initiatives
(4) Key personal competences in oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, working with cross-cultural teams. Must be dynamic, persuasive & convincing, self- motivated and able to demonstrate high initiative.
